192.168.1.0 is C class 24 Subnet Network ID for IP series 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254. Although 192.168.1.0.1 is a network Id that not used for a login IP address but some router brands like 2wire and other use a network id series to configure all IP address range automatically.
