There are two methods to factory default Netgear wireless extender devices using soft reset and hard reset.
1: Soft Reset

- Open Web browser and access http:// www.mywifiext.net
- Username “admin” and password “password” for both for first-time login.
If you have a change login password already use the same password to the login web interface.

- Press and hold the reset button for 7-10 seconds and release the button to factory default.
